Vendors- if you are self sustainable and have a power source to operate your both it is highly recommended that you bring it. Power is extremely limited since this is a camp/wilderness setting. We want to make sure that you can operate your booth to the fullest potential to benefit you and the attendees of Love thy Chopper. Vendors- Space will be very limited to only twenty 10ft X 10ft spaces. Spaces are already reserved for prior years Love Thy Chopper sponsors/supporters, so if your company is interested in participation, your company must first become a sponsor. Sponsorship packages start at $200. Booths will be set up outside, and power is limited. R.V. hookup and trailer space is available, but space is extremely limited. Vendors will be required to provide all necessary provisions i.e. tent, tables, chairs, power cords, etc… The Vendor area will be centrally located near the bike show, and food concession area. We will have our “Love Thy Chopper” booth set up selling your favorite LTC hats, shirts, stickers, posters as well as bike show signup and event info. A DJ booth, and “door prize” table will also be in the area. Vendors will not only be selected on a first come first serve basis (so sign up fast), but they will also be selected by the LTC staff as we see fit. Industry related vendors only! Vendor booths will be expected to operate between the hours of 3pm-7pm with a mandatory shut down at 7pm sharp!
